The treatment
Testosterone replacement therapy restores testosterone to the high-normal range for men with documented low T. Most patients notice changes in energy, mood, libido, recovery, and body composition within the first 6-12 weeks.
Nuovara prescribes compounded testosterone cypionate from Empower Pharmacy in Houston. The cypionate ester is the U.S. standard for TRT. Anastrozole is included when needed to manage estrogen conversion.
Follow-up labs are included in your monthly subscription. We draw labs at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and annually after that, at a Quest or LabCorp near you. Lab fees are part of your subscription, not billed separately.

If TRT is right, prescription goes to Empower in Houston. Shipping is usually within 24 hours.

The Male TRT subscription covers testosterone and anastrozole. HCG is offered separately for patients whose protocol calls for it. Most patients are on TRT alone.
What monitored TRT looks like
Most men feel the benefit of TRT within the first few weeks and continue to feel better as the protocol settles in. Your labs at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months let Joy fine-tune the dose, keep an eye on hematocrit and estrogen, and adjust as needed. If you're planning to have children, mention it at the consult so we can build fertility-preserving steps into your plan.
Compounded testosterone cypionate is prepared in a Texas-licensed 503A pharmacy. The active ingredient is identical to the FDA-approved branded versions, but compounded medications are not themselves FDA-approved as finished products.
