How rescheduling works
Life happens, and we'd rather reschedule you than miss you. Just give us a heads-up 24 hours ahead and we'll move your visit at no charge. Inside 24 hours, there's a $50 fee to cover the held time. Mobile visits work the same way, since the supplies and travel are already in motion.
