The ingredients

LipoStat is a compounded injection combining methionine, inositol, choline (the MIC trio), and B12. The MIC components are involved in fat metabolism and liver detoxification. B12 supports energy and red blood cell production.

The mechanism is supportive rather than primary. LipoStat doesn't cause weight loss on its own the way a GLP-1 does. It supports the metabolic environment in which weight loss happens, so it pairs well with nutrition changes, exercise, or another intervention.

Nuovara delivers LipoStat as a monthly mobile injection visit. Joy administers the first dose during the in-home health screen and leaves three pre-filled syringes for self-administration over the next three weeks.

Will LipoStat alone cause significant weight loss?
On its own, LipoStat provides metabolic support but is unlikely to drive significant weight loss without lifestyle changes. It works better as an adjunct to a weight loss program, or as a standalone for patients who have a healthy lifestyle and want metabolic support without a GLP-1.
Can I combine LipoStat with semaglutide or tirzepatide?
Yes. Many patients use LipoStat alongside a GLP-1 for additional metabolic support. The combination is well-tolerated and Joy can coordinate the dosing schedule during your visit.
Why mobile delivery for this one?
LipoStat works best as four weekly doses, and we use the same model as our vitamin injections: one monthly mobile visit, three self-administered doses between visits. It's the most efficient way to deliver four shots per month.
Where do you bring mobile visits?
Mobile drips and injection visits cover Houston and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius from our base. Visits beyond that radius add a $1.50 per mile travel surcharge, billed at booking. We come to your home, hotel, or office, wherever is most comfortable for you.
Do you take insurance?
Nuovara Health is a cash-pay practice, which means you pay us directly at the time of service. We don't bill insurance. The advantage is transparent pricing and no insurance-driven restrictions on your care. Some prescriptions can still run through your insurance at your local pharmacy.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice on any cancellation. Cancellations or reschedules inside the 24-hour window are subject to a $50 fee. Mobile no-shows are charged the full visit fee because supplies and travel are already committed. We're a small practice and this protects time for the patients who need it.
